I am the sole designer owning the entire product end-to-end — every AI-powered workflow, every data-heavy interface, every agentic automation — across both Manufacturer and Consumer Brands. Design directly underpinned closing several customers with 6 figures USD ACV.

- Alerts & Exception Management: configurable, rules-based exception alerting with AI explainability tooltips anchoring every insight back to its source across commercial updates, delays, and stock warnings
