I thrive on ambiguous situations and building something delightful & fruitful from it within tight timelines. I love connecting dots between people, process, systems and skilled at figuring out how they can work together.
****Having worked with people all over the world on different products, I ramp up pretty fast in a new space, product etc. I would like to believe I am a fluid person which makes me ‘adaptive’ and ‘proactive’ to almost all situations. I have worked mostly in hyper growth companies because I love it when there are immense opportunities to grow.
I can quickly spot patterns in complexity and match them to create a great outcome. Thinking in macro, micro lens both provides long term vision. There have several products which I designed 3-4yrs back and they are still running with little changes. It gives me immense kick.
One of my core strengths is pursuing stakeholders in a positive manner. I have had multiple situations where my managers asked me to run some critical meetings, briefs and because I am good at rallying people around one mission.
